Dr Gibson is a good dr and I wish she wasn’t at this office. The wait time is ridiculous. Im literally writing this review as i wait. My appointment was over an hour ago and im still waiting to be seen. It takes not even 10 minutes for my visit but i literally have to wait hrs for a blood pressure and a 2 minute ultrasound. And they wonder why my bp elevated. This is an ongoing thing that consistently happens and im getting to the point im fed up. I hate to switch ob in the middle of my pregnancy but if this keeps happening im going to find another dr. Btw its 140 my appointment was 1210 and i still haven’t seen the dr

I made an appointment for both of my children and had to deal with mistake after mistake after mistake. I had to contact the billing department multiple times to have claims and insurance information corrected. Whenever you need to speak with the doctor she is never available. I even sent a message in the portal requesting a call back from the doctor and never got a call back. This was a first appointment with this doctors office and it wasn’t a good first impression. The customer service from the staff wasn’t great either. I would’ve given zero stars if it was an option.
