Dmc Harper University Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Terrible place, never would I ever go there. The wait is wild. You are guaranteed to wait minimum 3 hours before they take you in. So plan on spending the whole day there. Also the bathrooms were dirty. This place is disgusting. DO NOT GO THERE

I didn’t want to give a completely terrible review because not everything is bad but I will say the some if the nurses should be more caring of their patients they do not check on their patients I been here for hours and no one has come in to check on their patient or round on them at all when they start their shifts. How do they even know how the patients are doing? They do not give their sitters breaks and I think they should have something like have someone designated a few hours out of their shift just for breaks or tell the floors they have to give their sitter a break and it’s mandatory and that they cannot refuse to give their sitters breaks

I do not recommend at all way to ghetto for my liking I have a lump in my throat and my afab kept going in and out at home I went to this hospital because I was close by it and All they did was Take a X-ray and gave me discharge papers Do not and i mean at all costs do not go Here! I plan on filling a Lawsuit with DMC Harper hospital due to the mistreat They have brought upon me. My brother had to wait 2 days just to get a room upstairs he was admitted due to his stomach and The dinner they fed these folks is crazy No phones in the Room no Working TVs in the hospital the folks got a 📟 pager to bring people upstairs it's never enough nurses which I see why and the nurses and doctors that does work here is very rude and ghetto I only met 2 cool nurses 1 star you deserve it I filled a Lawsuit against Garden city hospital before lol Time for another one

I wish, the hospitals can go into the schools and start training at an early age Heath Care is very expensive !! Early training will prevent so many unprofessional staff members in the Industry. Believe me I have seen it all!!!

This will be my last er visit I will go to where I know my care will be taken care of it’s a shame I use to love this er now all this new staff not all but a few need to go to patient nurse training I’m done

My Man has been in Harper Hospital since Sunday, went in through emergency on Sunday got a room early Monday morning. Here it is Wednesday and he finds out that his doctor had not been notified, that he was admitted on top of that. The wait time on water is three hours the wait on you pushing for the nurse is overwhelming 30 minutes or longer luckily he was able to walk and find water himself. It's sad that Hospital are being open understaffed. Not getting the care you need when in need of Hospitals!

Excellent staff kind and caring. I enjoy the rich history and experiences of being downtown.

Hours with no service, the staff are under 40+, cool kids, high school attitude adults that rude and don’t even care.. it’s so sad. I don’t know how these people can even be working here and be so cold and miserable. Please go to the suburbs or Henry Ford hospital 🏥.

This was far beyond my worst experience in hospitals in Michigan! The nurses on the 4th floor lack hospitality, training, compassion and basic skills and are very rude and lazy, I wish I did my research! I will never return here for any kind of procedure or testing! This is giving Wayne county jail not Harper Hospital!
