my mother chose this place. started out good and turned bad. they are butchers in memory care.... and when you get to top floor they stole everything she had..... i wouldn't mind if some of the staff and managers died!... then they wouldn't return the buy in..... law suit city......

My mother was here and she had items stolen wasn't professional at all she said smelled gross there where fights ALOT of times pictures don't look right at all seeming all nice they are rude rude to me when I picked her up VERY NASTY

This facility is an entire joke and needs to be investigated. As for my experience the walk them to with admitting director was great, she “sold us” if you will... spoke very highly of the care extended to the residents and the love shown throughout the building, it was clean/smelled good...maybe that was because we had an appointment. On the flip side, all they’re really doing is baby sitting your loved one. My Aunt declined from the day we placed her here and she will not be returning!!! She was released from the hospital here? She never seen the dr, in 4 weeks, never had a conversation with her husband! The dining staff ALL of them are rude and very unprofessional! There are only a few staff members that actually PERFORM there job because it’s a passion as for everyone else it’s a job that provides a paycheck! I will be going to remove my aunts belongings cause she will. It return to this dump...tried to give the hood facility the benefit of the doubt plus it was convenient for my 81 year old uncle to drive to

My daughter is there now. It's very unprofessional, the nurses and cna"s are rude...they don't clean the rooms...they don't motivate the patients..they don't answer the call button. It's awful! They don't know their hours of operations..the patients share bathrooms if they clean them up you did. I'm sorry! But as a african American this place is so freakin ghetto. They are just there for a check.I don't understand this at all! And when I say nothing is done on the weekend....Nothing is done on the weekend. Periodt!

The FAIRLANE SENIOR CARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER did NOT take care of my mother!During her stay:1. When trying to go visit her they could not find her out of 1/3 books they have. VERY UNORGANIZED.2. She was sent out of the dining area because of an altercation with other patients. A tray of food was NEVER brought to her. A family friend had to bring her food.3. The Dr cut her meds without EVER seeing her!4. Other patients were sitting in feces and not being taken care of!5. Nurses were very rude and lacked knowledge.6. They left syringes with medicine inside of her room and I had to bring them to the nurse station myself.The day of Pick up for OPEN heart surgery.1. They did not make sure she was showered as instructed by her discharge papers.2. When i arrived I was told they had NO discharge papers whatsoever! Even when i had the hospital fax them the night before!3. They were rude! And would not allow me to take her out of the facility even though her surgery in take started at 6:30 a.m and i arrived at 6 to transport her.4. The hospital called around 6:20 and asked why my mom was not there yet and i had to explain the center said they would NOT let me take her even though she had a SERIOUS heart surgery scheduled!5. I had to call 911 yell scream, pull my sleeves up and get ready to break a door down to get her out of there.

Horrible experience

This place did not care for my mother well. Some of the employees are very lazy and are unprofessional the owner of this facility need to clean house and need hire people with compassion and will treat these elderly people as if they were there parents. I would not recommend this place for no one. Need new management.

The staff and the care there is horrible and let’s not even talk about professionalism. Terrible place if you love your loved one do not send them there.

Terrible they don't do their job they get mad when patients call for them then get mad when they have to do their job they are toooo slow

I loved working working here and made some life long friendships here. The staff is very good at what they do!
