I have seen Dr. Settecerri on two occasions and he’s got great bedside manner with the kids and he leaves the room with them giggling. Fractures can be scary for them and he reassures them while also not leaving them feeling traumatized about it. Great with kids! As a parent, I can also say that he’s also good with explaining limitations and expectations while the kids are healing up.

Dr. Settecerri did a wonderful job on my daughter spinal fusion- just had our 3 month post op appointment and everything looks amazing, he was very informative, and has changed my 12 year olds quality of life immensely.

They told us to arrive 20 mins before appointment time, but, NO ONE came in to check on us after placing us for an hour and 10 mins. Dr. Settecerri was not personable with us at all, he was a "know it all" and told us that the brace that HE suggested for our son for his scoliosis 3 years was not going to help and that he needed surgery, now. Because we hadn't been there for 3 years, he basically said we were bad parents because we didn't come back. The doctor said he would give us UofM hospital number, did not come back after we waited for 10 mins. Told us he was going to give us an MRI script, he did not tell us to pick it up at there "non check out window." On top of all that, he asked us if we had any questions, then his phone rang with a "whipping" sound, and he looked and replied to the text after asking if we had questions. He did not reply to us at all. I WILL NOT be back to him or the office.
