I read some negative reviews of her before selecting her as my PCP but I had seen her and she didn't seem that bad so I selected her and gave it a chance. I should have taken head to the warnings. She became exactly what was written about her by my third visit. She was impatient, she cut me off when I was talking to her several times during the visit. She was judgmental, and suggested that I was prematurely trying to attain SS Disability when I had not mentioned it. Forgot health information that I had given her medical records on and made me feel as though she believed I was lying about the diagnosed conditions. To say the least she's no longer my PCP.

Been going to this place all my life over 40 years the only place I know and my children know . From the old building to the new one .. Every doctor I came in contact over those 40 years has been great and that's why I wouldn't go no where else ...So with that said thank yu ou all at the wellness plan on west Grand Blvd .. To Dr. Malcomb I'm gonna miss u I wish you were still there you were a good loving kind person and always took your time God bless you and just know you are gonna be missed .

In all fairness, she always seems rushed and over scheduled, which isn't necessarily her fault. After waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room (another half hour to pee in a cup and wait for the results), I felt pretty haggard too. She gave me eight referrals at once instead of discussing potential diagnoses for my ailments, and had me schedule a follow-up appointment (another two-hour wait) just to tell me my blood work had come back clean.
