Caring staff, communication is awesome...i get updates on a regular basis, my dad is comfortable and even enjoys the food! This is a great temporary place until he rehabs to come home. I highly recommend after experiencing the nightmare at another facility.

Nursing, social work and ancillary staff did a great job with caring for a family member at Oakpointe Villa. They went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of.

I wouldn't suggest this place, my mom is here and I'm trying to get her moved. They didn't take care of her wound and she got gangrene, the staff will look you in the face and lie...even the DON. My mom is in the hospital right now (due to them not taking care of her wound) so my mind is at peace but if she has to back there it's gonna kill me inside. I'm looking for a new place as I type, save yourself the heartache and continue looking don't stop here.

DO NOT TRUST PLACE WITH YOUR LOVE ONES..OF ALL THE NURSING FACILITIES IN DETROIT THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST! My grandmother had an medical emergency and this place didnt even know where my grandmother was...even though she is 86 and immobile! Help was delayed by 5 minutes while rent a cop TAMEKA (security) provided absolutely no help in locating her..Tameka was more concerned with being hostile about her co workers. Meanwhile my grandmother was in need of help..5 minutes can mean the difference of life or death..DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AND THEIR..GHETTO EMPLOYEES WITH YOUR LOVE ONES .

Horrible nursing facility! My mother-in-law stayed here for 3 weeks & received 3 wounds! Not to mention her clothes were stolen! She was not properly cared for neglected , mental abuse! During her stay I barely seen a housekeeper and the nurses never pushed the cart to pass meds ! Neither did they use sanitizer between residents! This place should be closed down ! I wish I couldn’t give it any stars ⭐️!
