The front desk staff is absolutely out of line, unorganized, and rude. The one woman was yelling at parents for no reason and was so confrontational. I just can’t wrap my head around how I just watched that woman operate. I am embarrassed for Ascension and will never ever bring my child here ever again.

My son has been going here for a year now…he’s 14 months and let’s just say I have a year full of complaints. From the staff switching my sons insurance on their own… to me having bills rack up… to the drs and staff treating me like a kid instead of a respectable mother because i have a baby face…to unnecessarily scheduling and canceling appts! This week was the icing on the cake for me…they made an appt i told them my son didn’t need all for them to cancel once his dad walked in the office and they also canceled my daughters appt for who knows what…that’s just my sign to stop going here out of convenience. 1/10…WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Had been going to the Children’s office for over 10 years with no problems. My children usually see Dr. Raza or Dr. Petroff ( both are great). Recently, past two months, I’ve had difficulties with getting the office/ doctor to follow up with me regarding paperwork the doctor requested ( not sure where the disconnect is). I’ve gotten to the point where I have just scheduled an appointment with Henry Ford Pediatrics. A disappointed parent,

The only reason this place can receive stars is because of the doctors and how great they area, so thank you Dr. Razza. The front desk staff needs to sharpen up. The last 3 times I've been there I've given them my insurance card and told them I keep receiving a bill in the mail stating my son isn't covered and they tell me the info is in the computer they'll bill the insurance again. When I finally called the insurance they said they didn't have a NAME or the correct ID number input in the system.....just seems like the front desk staff doesn't care or want to be there. also not being open on saturdays is a huge inconvenience.

We see Dr. Ruprecht and she is the best pediatric neurologist you will ever meet! I like the office I don't have a problem when I go here.

Why am I getting robocalls to schedule my child's eel visit? This isn't our pediatrician. My child has NEVER been seen here. Why do they have his name and our phone number? Then when I call back no one answers. Shady

After holding the line for 30 minutes with no response i finally hung up and called back. While expressing my frustration to staff person Ms. Twyeta (Who was cordial) I asked to speak to the office manager who was not in today. Though it may not have been this young lady's fault I was forgotten on hold... an apology would have been appreciated. Those small things says so much about your customer service priority. Lets see how our appointment goes today....
