Plum Health Dpc's Online Review Report Card

I started with Plum Health back in, I think, 2017 with Dr. Paul. Before starting with Plum Health, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. The doctor I was previously with put me on Levothyroxine, but I had some adverse side effects. Upon explaining this to Dr. Paul, he informed me that I needed to start with a low dose of Levothyroxine and titrate up. He was the first doctor that was able to control my Hashimoto’s and get my levels into the recommended range. In January of 2020, I moved to Alpena, Michigan and unfortunately had to cancel my membership. I worked with several local doctors to monitor my thyroid levels, but they were suddenly out of range again. I greatly missed the level of personal care and service that I received with Plum Health. I reached out to Dr. Paul to see if there was any way I could become a part of Plum Health despite living out of the area. He connected me with Dr. Rabaut, and I was able to rejoin! I had an initial in-person appointment with Dr. Rabaut in 2021. Since then, I have driven down for a few appointments, but largely, our appointments are virtually through Zoom. I am thrilled to say that my thyroid levels are back in range!. Dr. Rabaut recommended dietary changes, vitamin/mineral intake and even consulted with other doctors/specialists to ensure that everything was looking good. She is very thorough, supportive, responsive and actually listens to me as a person and patient. I could not recommend her, or Plum Health, enough!

I’ve only been once & had an odd experience. If I return, I would NOT see the male doctor. The office itself is beautiful & clean. But I was only there for a one-time visit as a favor since I couldn’t see my regular DPC doctor for a time-sensitive shot. Dr. Paul made me feel extremely uncomfortable about if I was paying him or signing up for his practice moving forward (after he had already spoken to and agreed to this with my doctor?). I felt insecure and uncomfortable in a space that should be safe. He seems to only be interested in 5 star Google reviews. He texted me until I posted one… If you scroll through the reviews, so many people only have 1 review on their account - their review of this office. He is manipulative & coercive in forcing people to give 5 stars. Weird thing to do as a doctor. Looking back on my experience, I removed my *coerced* 5 star review and updated to an actual, genuine review of my experience in this doctor’s office.

I am fairly certain Dr. Leslie Rabaut is a literal genius. At the very least she is incredibly well-versed in medical knowledge and unbelievably sharp in her ability to recall unusual causation and find correlative patterns. She deserves an actual prize. She is "the Doctor's doctor". If you're smart and tired of poor medical care, or work in the field, pick her. Pick her brilliant brain.

Without being able to afford health insurance, this is such an incredible option to help close the gap between uninsured and insured. Like, I can now afford primary care? With super friendly staff? Hell yeah!

I am in my early forties and have had several doctors in both the metro Detroit area and Los Angeles. Many of the doctors I have worked with were nice but somewhat dismissive of m opinion or input. Other doctors did not take the time to know me, my daily life, or my past. My first visit with Dr. Rabaut was over an hour, and it took less than ten minutes to get in to see her. She got to know me and valued my input. She digs in and looks into medical journals to provide factual information and health actions on my ailments. She even went so far as to call me to discuss changing a health action because she found more current information that allowed me to make a change even more beneficial to my health. I recommend Dr. Rabaut to anyone looking for a change in Dr's! I cannot thank her enough for her attentive and amazing care!

Dr. Raboult is sent from God above! The best bedside manner ever, she has inspired me to take an active interest in the management of my health. And the concept that Plum health uses is truly the future of sustainable healthcare in America and places physicals back on the side of the patient!

The level of care my family and I receive at Plum Health is unsurpassed by any other medical group I've ever been a patient of--the entire staff is caring, professional, and highly dedicated. Dr. Rabaut spends time to get to know you--she never rushes an appointment and you leave every visit feeling that you received the best care. My son developed a sudden illness. He was not a subscribing patient at the time, but she saw him anyway because other doctors didn't have available appointments for more than two weeks--Dr. Rabaut saw him right away and after blood test came back (which she rushed) she determined that his situation was dire and he needed to go to the emergency room that day. I believe she saved his life.

By far the best in health care I've ever dealt with. I was only a patient here under a year, but I gleaned so much info and confidence in my health journey. I moved to another state and am constantly wishing I could just hop in to Plum! I saw Raquel Orlich specifically, and she was a joy as well as being supremely comfortable, knowledgeable and communicative. Every test was returned with detailed results so I was never once confused or doing my own research or guessing at how to correct the issue. She always heard me out and was willing to explore even if I was wrong. I was never brushed off and I usually left feeling confident. Chris was amazing and so welcoming as well and made all the labs a breeze. I'd honestly stand outside with a sandwich board on waiving cars into the parking lot like H&R block in tax season if they wanted me to. 🤣 They are so worth it.

I joined plum health two years ago I'm a strong believer in this process. Dr. Leslie Rabaut DO has been my doctor and she's wonderful. She listens to my concerns and cares she offer organic solutions as well without filling you up with pills. I Love it here the staff is great and welcoming.

Really appreciate the personal and detailed attention (in my case from Dr Rabaut). All doctors' offices should be like this!
