Was in the office for 1:45 minutes (1:15 minutes after my appointment time) and told there were still several more people ahead of me! Then I learned that I would not get to see Dr. Grewal who I had scheduled my appointment with! Without informing me, they were going to have me see someone else! They just lost a patient!

My experience with Dr. Grewal was as a discharge doctor for my 95 year old mother-in-law. She was admitted for congestive heart failure and stayed for three days until they reduced the amount of fluid in her body and around her lungs. Dr. Grewal discharged her to home with oxygen, knowing she had minimal vision, was immobile, lacked an appetite, and was incontenient. When I asked about the 100 day rehab she was entitled to via Medicare he doubled talked me and dismissed my concerns. He was authorizing a visiting nurse 3 days a week to change the bandages on her legs caused from poor circulation. She has been out of the hospital for 5 days now and has not been left alone. She requires 24 hour care. She is weak, light headed and sometimes unresponsive. While family is by her side, we are not equipped to provide the quality care she needs. Had Dr. Grewal investigated this case just even a little more, he would have realized rehab was what was needed. He totally dropped the ball.
