The doctor is good but the stuffs are worst. Removed my information for their system so that I have to come in again to get a refill and they charge can me.

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to get a simple refill for 14 days now. Not only is this office failing to tend to there patients but I’m exposing myself to COVID-19 by having to physically go to the office because they are unable to answer there messages or even pick up the phone. I did speak with the office manager personally and informed her the issue with the phones and the staff. She apologized and said it was a new phone system and gave me her personal office number. But of course, I still don’t have my perception and the office manager has yet to return my messages. But it seem like this office has been having this issue for months now looking at other poor reviews.

I really like Dr. Daveluy, he’s friendly and a great dermatologist. His staff, unfortunately, leaves a lot to be desired. I recently called and got through to a receptionist (to make an appt.), she asked what I needed, I explained what I needed done, and she put me on hold and sent me to voicemail. I called twice within the next several days, and got sent straight to voicemail. I can’t get anyone in this office to a) pick up the phone b) not hang up on me if they do pick up the phone.

I'll second that 1-star rating. A good doctor but a poorly run office with a work-shy staff. Literally, hazardous to your health' after canceling critically timed biopsy appointments while refusing to reply to repeated messages.

One of the best doctors I've ever had. The staff however leaves much to be desired. I moved and need assistance with something that the Dr. Daveluy and I thought was taken care of. The staff keeps hanging up on me and will not return my phone calls. I may need to rent a car and drive 2 1/2 hours there to straighten this out. Ridiculous!

Out of years of seeing different doctors Dr.Daveluy has the most beautiful personality and hes very helpful in different situations, hes not one of those doctors with the "its nothing I can do for you" he always has some kind of idea, procedure, or protocol. I've seen a significant difference in my HS outbreaks since meeting him and I'm glad I have him as my dermatologist.
