Thank you, Dr. Rick LaFave, for your excellent treatment you gave me at Athletico of East Lansing, Michigan. The facility’s cleanliness, and atmosphere of kindness and caring were very much appreciated. The dry needling treatments really helped reduce the pain in my hip. I’m very grateful for all of the home exercises, tips, and encouragement you gave me so I may continue to keep my hip flexible and strong. Many thanks to you, Dr. Rick!

Who says you can't enjoy physical therapy? Rick and his staff helped me to learn about my knee's anatomy while also learning techniques that are helping me recover from just getting older. I would certainly recommend Athletico to anyone, old or young, active or sedentary.

Staff were knowledgeable friendly and worked closely with you to ensure strength exercises were carried out with the proper form. I spent several months on my own trying to recover from my injuries with no success and after just a few weeks with Dr. Rick LaFave and Travis Kiser I could tell their pt was helping me recover. They help you understand where you are and what areas you need to work to aid in your recovery. I had a great experience I know I have more work to do but I was provided with the exercises, tools and knowledge needed to continue forward. Thank you for everything.

Many compliments to Dr. Rick and his staff. They are knowledgeable, attentive and empathetic. Rick always asks if I have questions to make sure that I’m fully informed. I will certainly return if I need further physical therapy. Very professional services.

The initial appointment for my daughter's physical therapy exceeded our expectations. I feel like her treatment at AthletiCo is going to be very beneficial to my daughter's overall well-being. The facility was very clean and well -maintained, and the staff were very friendly.

The best place to go for physical therapy! Christina is amazing and has helped me with the problems I've been having. Shout out to Travis as well! Always made sure I got the most from all of my exercises! Everyone I worked with are very friendly and easy to trust and talk with. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs PT!

The staff are very insightful and caring when treating any injury or recovery you may be going through. It was a great learning experience to work with Rick and Travis. I am proud that I was able to get to a place where I can be responsible for my own recovery and exercise regiment. 5 stars.

I came to Athletico with a lot of knee pain a few months ago Travis and Dave worked with me on strengthening and conditioning my knee, hips, and core, and I can't begin to tell you how much progress I've made and how much better my quality of life is. Thank you Travis and Dave, you guys are amazing, and I strongly recommend anyone in need of PT to visit this location! There just aren't enough nice things to say about the quality of people and the chill vibe here, all while being pushed to be better every day. I hope I don't need PT anytime soon, but if I do, this is the only place I'm going.
