I had a 7:25 am appointment Arrived at 7 am, seen by the tech at appointed time Took an hour to be seen by Dr. Phillips. Three customers were seen prior to me and you open at 7am? Those 3 weren't even in the reception area when I went back with the tech. I work midnights and asked for the first appointment when I was booked. If you are looking to LOOSE CUSTOMERS you are going in the right direction. Maybe you're fo rmer Optometrist, Dr. Lang can keep his appointments as scheduled! Especially the first client of the day!
