Dr. Walling was recommended to me by a friend who had had a good experience with him. I saw him for my initial visit and he put me on a regimen to try for a few weeks. I had an upper endoscopy scheduled and I requested a colonoscopy be done to which he was irritated that I asked for it but he did it. While in recovery, I asked him when I should follow up with him in the office because I was still having issues. His response was “oh, the office will call you”. Yeah, that never happened. I feel like I was “blown off” by Dr. Walling and he thought I was an annoying patient.
