He did wonderful work fusing my spine when other "back doctors" said there was nothing to do. I was headed for a wheelchair and no I walk without assistance again.

Dr.Heilman is a good man he treated me with nothing but respect. I really do believe he cared a lot about me as a patient, and would have done a lot more for me if he could have. Even after almost 10 years the man still came and saw me while I was at the Hospital for a breakthrough seizure.

I had a difficult spinal fusion in Aug 2016. My surgery was successful, my recovery fairly uneventful even given the difficulty of what was done, and I thought both Dr. Heilman and his staff were wonderful. Supportive before, during, and after surgery and thru recovery. I would recommend without reservation.

Dr. Heilman preformed laminectomy on me last year. spent time and listened to all my concerns. staff was great also, no complications.

Aggressive and incompetent office staff. Sent me a bill more than 3 YEARS after date they said I saw Dr. Timothy Heilman. I have no memory of being seen by him. Tried to dispute the charges. They sent me to a collection agency.

I saw dr Heilman in June 2016. I had a permanent spinal cord stimulator placed in my back, unfortunately Dr. Heilman did not wake me up during surgery to check placement of the spinal cord stimulator to make sure that it was reaching the target areas. Now since the insurance payment has been made, he refuses to see me until I pay him $4000. Horrible bedside manner my mom had to chase him down the hospital hallway to get an appropriate report from him immediately after surgery. He refuses to fix his mistake, I would never want anyone else to have the experience I had with Dr. Timothy Heilman. Please please proceed with caution! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

Dr. Heilman and his staff (Cherie is amazing) were wonderful. It was a scary time and I knew I was in GREAT hands! I would go again if needed (hope not) and absolutely recommend him.

Cannot say I would recommend Dr Heilman. I have not faired well post op. Will defintely be requiring additional evaluation to resolve my problem. Pain and physical distress becoming intolerable.
