I love my smile! I have gained so much confidence after receiving treatment at Superior.

Was charged fill price (like I never had aligners before) for a continuation of services while I was maintaining aligner treatment after a pause in my visits….

If I could give 0 stars I would…. Where do I start I should of know from the very first day of getting my braces the girl who put my braces on it was her first day and she was from a temp service red flag number 1 then the only way I got appts was if I called them because on my appt days they would say we will call you those calls never came. In Aug of 2020 I ended up moving out of state and could no longer continue my treatment with wasn’t like they were making any effort and the pandemic have them the excuse they needed lol but anyway I moved to a new state had to keep calling and texting them to get my information because no orthodontist was willing to pick up treatment with the documents the lady was beyond rude in the text messages but after about 4 or 5 months I finally got what I needed. Now the whole time I was communicating with them get my documents no one once said I had a balance and that was back in 2020, now fast forward to April or May of 2023 the owners mother calls me and starts off by apologizing because I have a balance and no one has reached to me regarding it and that is getting ready to go to collections and she sees that I’m young and she don’t want to ruin my credit so would like to know how I would like to take care of the balance I informed her that I was pregnant and was dealing with a lot and that why is this something I’m just now hearing about so she said take your time and let us know what you want to do lol well she just called me the other day be cause they are terrible at communicating and stated it’s going to collections so I have obtained a lawyer because they are absolutely ridiculous people scream support black business but they are the worst I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

Next time before I get any type of serious work done like this, I will make sure that they like me I have all my money upfront but me and my daughter had fell out She got behind on her payments as well as I did but I had my half of my late payment not except my half of the money. Then I turned around and tried to run my insurance. so I can pay for my half with my insurance and pay cash, for my daughter They would not take my insurance and sent it to collections what I’m getting at is my teeth has shift and they are worse than what we started at, I was communicating with them they were not calling me back my smile is worse than what I started out with i’m just saying it didn’t work out for me I can’t even get my teeth cleaned I told them before they sent my account to collections that my teeth were bothering me

I am having THEE worst orthodontics experience with this office. Upon my first visit and consultation the staff had an issue pulling my active insurance and further gave me the run around for 3 days on not being able to see my benefits when I was easily able to see them on the online system with no issue. For my second visit I had impressions done for my aligners 3 different times by people who seemed to not have much experience. I was also given an x-ray without a lead vest and I'm pregnant... My next appointment was set more than 2 weeks out in order for my aligners to be made and ready.. upon arrival the office is dark and empty.. when I walk to the back to find someone to assist me I was met with confusion by the man asking if I had an appointment today when I have a confirmation text. Then he tells me that my aligners aren't here for pickup and that I would either have to get them mailed or come back tomorrow if I wanted them. Then when I asked why I wasn't notified of this before I came for my appointment his only excuse was that the staff was "out on a trip". The communication is so poor and the professionalism is lacking.. this office is all over the place and it's frustrating because I really had my hopes up when choosing a black ortho office.

I am super disappointed to be one of those people that say.... this is what happens when you try to support black owned business because I always to try to support. First impression is NOT everything, as I was very impressed with my sons first visit here, even though what was supposed to be a consultation turned into being rushed into braces same day. Here we are a year later and appts are constantly being rescheduled as if we don't have lives and work schedules to work around as well. The biggest thing are the discrepancies with payments and balances due. Now I'm forced to retrace all my own payments and tally the balance because I can't trust anything these people say, when they are all saying something different! How does this happen with an account that is on auto pay and the money is ALWAYS there! I should have just went with Invisalign for him at a fraction of the cost. SUPER FRUSTRATED!!!

I was so happy to find Dr Kole James. He is repairing a previous orthodontics mess up. The only downside is, he doesn’t have a dental hygienist, which means you have to go to them, take the wires off, and then go to another dental hygienist, and then come back and get the wires put back on. Slightly inconvenient but Great treatment.!

Let me start by saying The whole team is just so GREAT! I love the work and the improvement that I have seen over the past few months. My daughter had a overbite that was at an 100% and now 4 months later her teeth has dramatically shifted & lining up well. I will recommend Superior Orthodontics anytime. Dr Kole-James
