AIN has an outstanding physical therapy team. Every therapist is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They take the time to explain exercise and tailor exercises to your needs. The entire staff is warm, organized, and supportive, making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking high‑quality, compassionate care.
Everyone was nice. I how they can help me figure this out.
If we could give a 1 star we definitely would. The front desk is so rude and nasty anytime you call. Not one person in particular just all of them. If they really hate their jobs that much they should move on. Primary care Dr called them 4 times one day and the front desk refused to "bother" the Doctor she needed to speak with. If you are in need of medical care I highly suggest going anywhere else!
My Doctor Warra & entire Staff very pleasant to work with without sacrificing professionalism. Keepers.
If you're handicapped and use a 4 wheel walker, stay away from the Farmington Hills office.NOTHING is set up for the handicapped. All regular sized doors with no auto open. No handicapped bathroom, I literally got stuck and could not get out because it's so small you cannot open the door from the inside with a walker. Someone had to help and we still had a very different time. Handicapped parking is a joke, if you get a spot. Then you push up a long incline to get to the front doors. Front 2 regular sized doors spaced about 6 feet apart. Good luck getting thru unless you're lucky to get help from someone leaving. 90 minute wait on one appt for a 10 minute test. One hour 20 minutes today To much stress for a person with a blood pressure disorder. Never again, time to change places. Mark Silverman may be a good neurologist, but I'll never find out. 5 visits and 4 were stressful disasters.
Yvonne M., NP is very caring and thoughtful. She listened and made me feel comfortable. I left the appointment feeling better than when I came in.
Great place! Dr. Gilde was very helpful. Staff is so nice and friendly, especially Alycia.
Dr.Gilde went out of his way to help me. Highly recommended 👌 also Yolanda at the front desk is the nicest, most helpful person you could ask for. Thank you guys!!
The Moca test was easy and the the doctor/assistant administering it was very passion and helpful.
Everyone was kind and helpful. The Dr. took the time to listen to me and patiently answered all my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
