Chad Mayer's Online Review Report Card

We've been seeing Dr. Mayer for years. He's taken care of my daughter with food allergies and my asthmatic son. The office staff is great, Dr is very personable. They run on time, with little to no waiting.

My daughter Amal has been seeing Dr. Mayer for years. The appointments have always been informative, organized and professional. Dr. Mayer will personally call or return your call and answer your questions while informing you about everything. He is genuinely invested in his specialty! He is the best pediatric Allergy doctor. Thank you Dr. Mayer and staff!

I’m a patient of Dr. Mayer from over 7 years and I really appreciate his attention for my case. Also all personnel at the office, from front desk to nurses, is professional and nice and does everything possible to make me fell comfortable.

Dr Chad is excellent doctor, very knowable and prepared. I’m so happy to found him, He has helped us with my daughters food allergies and my environmental allergies.

Amazing provider and staff. Took his time to get to know me and review all my allergy needs. He did testing and actually communicated why the testing was done. Dr. Mayer was extremely knowledgeable and I will be back.

My kids Had been patients of Dr.Mayer for 10 years. I really liked him. I needed school forms to be filled out so I mailed them in along with a check. First Adam called me and said they received everything and Im all set and they would fill them out and mail them back. Immediately after we hung up, I got another call from Lisa. She told me they couldn’t fill them out until my children were seen which they had appts and they had payment. She told me I didn’t mail a check but after accusing me of lying she checked with the irresponsible staff and they had dropped it on the floor when opening the mail she then proceeded to say it was $10 for each additional form.( No other dr charges for school forms that I called) They wanted to charge me $30 for 3 forms per child $60 total for a signature. I filled out everything else. Total of $60 I said it was bull s-it and the RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL office manager Lisa discharged me. Not sure if if she was having a bad day and took it out on me but I was very upset. I Asked to have the Dr call me several times and she refused to let me speak to him insisting he asked her to handle it although she was not the one who saw my children ever. Extremely disappointed with the dr and office manager would never refer anyone.

This office is clean, efficient, professional and just all around a great team of allergy experts! Dr Mayer is super smart and great with my kids! My 4yo daughter is currently going OIT for her food allergies and the process has been seamless so far. Highly recommend!
