Horrible!!! Kept my husband and I waiting 50 minutes and we were the first appointment of the day. VERY poor explanation of condition and treatment! Would never go back!

The place is laughable. Receptionists joke that he always runs 1 hour behind. It's not funny when your the one always on time. This was my second and last visit.

My wife had a doctor visit two days ago with Dr. Green, and her work requires to have a letter from doctor's office to prove that she had a doctor visit, I called multiple times to get a letter for my wife's, but each time, I was transferred to Alisha the MA for Dr. Green and asked to leave voice message and spelling and the date of birth of the patient, which I did, but still no answer. I know they are busy, but they need to learn to threat their patients fairly as well. Not satisfied with their service at all

I got covid in March of 2021 I was referred to the MIND institute by multiple people I got into see Dr Green I would NEVER recommend him to anyone My cat scan came back clear and that along with prescribing me medication for migraines was all he cared about I have had major long haul complications since covid Including a burning sensation in my head on and off along with many other symptoms I had a stroke 9 years ago and because of that, I am very aware of what my body feels like He was so absolutely dismissive and not helpful in the least bit When I’m paying you to help me, especially with issues pertaining to your specialty, I expect some help or care I wasn’t given either of those things I’m over paying for doctors help for them to do nothing and for them to not care I will tell anyone who asks me about neurologists to avoid him

I called so many times to ask about my husband’s medication. Because he was having problems with the side effects and no body called us back. I ask to speak with the person in charge of the office and NO ANSWER. They are only care about the money no about the patients.

Incredibly dismissive about my symptoms. When I raised a concern with the way he mistreated an issue, he put up his hand and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Just wanted to prescribe me more meds and get me out of his office.
