If i ever have to have outpatient surgery again, I hope my doctor will do it at the DMC Surgery Clinic. As soon as I got there, the receptionist wasted no time getting me registered. Of course I was scheduled to be there at 6:30 am. About five seconds later, the nurse came out to get me. They weighed me and allowed me to change into the hospital gown. They put my I.V in and they knew that I was curious about what medicines they were putting in, so they told me the name of each medication and how it will affect me. After that, my doctor came in and they wheeled me to the O.R. My surgery and recovery went smoothly and on time. After some time in recovery, they woke me up and gave me some juice and cookies, ( they even gave me extra cookies) after that I got dressed and got my instructions for recovering at home and I was ready to go home. I left there at approximately 10 or 11 am, which was way sooner than I expected. They contacted me today Friday 6/2/33, just to see how was doing. They are very polite and professional, when I know I have to have surgery, I’m already nervous and upset. So I want doctors and nurses who understand that and will practice compassion and empathy. They did just that.

I highly recommend the DMC Berry Surgery Center! I had a procedure done today and thank Dr. West tremendously for his great work per usual, but I have to acknowledge RN Deb Boland for her extraordinary support and service. I’ve never felt so comfortable and relaxed going into a procedure as I did today. She was so down to earth that I felt like I had my Best Friend with me. She is amazing! Thanks to all the Dr.‘s and staff. You guys rock!

Had my foot surgery here. The staff were all very friendly and thorough. I even received warm blankets! Not sure how long I was there because of the anesthesia,so I didn’t even look to see what the time was. The nurse went over all instructions one by one and made sure I was comfortable with my crutches. Surgery is not a pleasant thing to go through but my podiatrist Dr.Kevin Sorensen along with his staff and the staff at The Berry Center all made the experience a bit more easy. Highly recommend

Had surgery this morning and I couldn't ask for better care. Doctor Gregory took good care of me ..very knowledgeable.The nurses and staff were fantastic. Would recommend to family and friends. 5* all the way👍

Had a procedure done here yesterday. It was a pleasant experience. I was nervous, but the staff was really nice and helped make me comfortable. The facility was very clean. Thanks Julie, Carlos, Andrea, Lisa, Suzanne and others whose name I cant remember!
