Dr Bradley Warren's Online Review Report Card

This review has nothing to do with Dr Warren nor the other doctors. This has to do with the office staff at the Farmington Hills branch off of Northwestern Highway. The office staff is horrible! No one whatvis going on, messes up appointments and have been rude to me over the phone. Recently, my daughter had an appointment to see a nurse for a specialized medicine. She took time out of college and her mother time out of work to bring her. When they arrived, they were told the nurse (the only one trained for this specialized medication) was out and has been out for a few days. There wasn't any calls to inform my daughter. As a matter of fact, she received texts confirming her appointment! Meanwhile, her doctor has been upset that she hasn't started her medication yet!For myself, my doctor (PCP), referred me to Dr Warren for my own issues. Luckily I haven't scheduled an appointment yet but I did call my PCP and asked him to find another GI doctor or practice. I will NOT go-to this practice! If my daughter wasn't so invested there already, I would've had her change practices. I still may! Maybe these doctors have better staffs at their other locations but I'd stay clear of the Farmington Hills location!

Makes you wait for hours and dismisses your worries.

The doctor performed a colonoscopy. 12 hours later I developed a fever and pain. When I reached out to the office, I was told to go to the ER. I was hospitalized for three days due to a perforation from the colonoscopy. No one from the office ever followed up with me.I informed them of my hospitalization after three weeks. The doctors assistant assured me they would get back to me and that they had no idea I was in the hospital (even though they told me to go there). Never heard from them again and it has been five weeks.

Dr. Warren is the best!!

Ignored my symptoms, diagnosed me with IBS and didn’t do any testing, not even blood work. 8 months later, after an ER visit come to find out I have UC. not sure why it says he specializes in hemorrhoids, when I told him I had one he told me he couldn’t treat it?

Dr. Warren is a "doctor's doctor; many doctors see him. I credit him with saving my life. I was blind-sided with colo-rectal cancer that could have been easily overlooked. Dr. Warren found it! Early detection saved my life. I was in shock and he is kind and caring. He is my trusted, go-to doc until this day. He is helpful with other issues and always totally competent and compassionate. I read all of the negative reviews here in shock and decided I had to speak up, although I do not usually write reviews. Now for the complaints: most doctors now collect co-pays up front because they get stiffed too often. Yes, you can wait longer, often because he is so so busy doing procedures and in VERY high demand. He WILL NOT RUSH when it is your turn and explains everything in a caring and professional manner. HE CARES DEEPLY!. I have had him call with test results and return calls very late into the evenings, no quitting time for him!! I have had NO staff issues either. 5 stars!!!!

Only knows one word: SCOPE!.....don't know or care about anything else..... worst so called nurse help there EVER was... a complete waste of time!

Went with my mom to see him. There was a wait but it was worth it. She is feeling better and she wouldn't be without him!

If you like spending a ton of time waiting, this is the office to go to. Appointment times seem to be rough suggestions for this office. My impression is this place is full of hacks that have zero respect for their patients.
