Good doctor,very knowledgeable, and you can tell he loves what he does.Staff is very nice i give dr.yousif 2 stars because He needs to have a more nicer approach when he talks to patients family members. I had a bad experience my first time meeting him but i will not go into detail.

Terrible office staff. Very in efficient Physician. Did not explain procedure properly and was unable to have it after going through quite a prep. Would never recommend this position to anyone.

I've been treated by both Dr Yousef and Gammarah. They are both brilliant, they both spend as much time as you need. By the time I am seeing a specialist, all I care about is competency and expertise. These guys have that.

Dr. Yousif has been my GI doctor for several years now. I find him very attentive and kind. I do not chose my physician for the staff so regardless of positive or negative feedback of any kind this is not why I choose a physician.

I was referred to this Doctor and he was very professional and concerned about every aspect of my health.

Typical wait time for me (each appointment is over an hour/once I waited 1 1/2 hours from check in until the doctor saw me). Doctor does endo and treats for findings without identifying cause of problem. Doctor has very limited prescriptions to help each condition / doesn't respond to phone questions about dietary concerns... dismisses other possible diagnoses and even lab tests done that prove otherwise. Doesn't convey much human compassion for distress or the side effects of medications.

Subpar service. Often extremely running late for appointments. Staff never send notices to patients and yet doctors act like they are or should and frequently run late without any regard to patients time.

Waited for 45 minutes after signing in and no one at front desk took the time to aknowldge that the Dr. Is behind. After 1hr 30 minutes I still had to ask where we are at. NOT ONCE did front desk bother to appologize. Rather just blamed Dr. Yousif and the patient area staff. They also were annoyed that I was asking how much longer I had to wait. Obviously patient satisfaction is not on their agenda. The front desk staff needs to be reminded they are face of practice.
