I was a first time patient Dr Pierce was in a hurry showed no Empathy!! Lack of interest in anything I was telling him you can't diagnosis a patient on a first time basis NO FOLLOW UP WAS ASKED OF ME OR GIVEN DEAR MIND INSTITUTE YOU cannot keep scheduling patients for 15-20 minute MRI Exams my test results showed nothing was wrong and I had another on performed the correct way 45-1 hr somewhere else which showed there's a lot going on with me STOP CRAMMING PATIENTS IN THERE FOR THE 15-20 MRI TESTS JUST TO MAKE MORE MONEY IT'S TERRIBLE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE TO ANYONE HIPPA LAWS YOUR OFFICE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ABOUT THEM! THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY NOT PEOPLE.

I have had to cancel my MRI appointment a few times already because they fail to do their job. The failed to answer 9 different fax request from my insurance provider requesting clinical reasons for the MRI request. Now, this could be because I am going to an outside source for my MRI, who knows. Theor professionalism and service to their patients is poor and I will not be going back again.

I suffered a Trumatic brain injury after slipping on ice and falling backwards, slamming my head and back, flat on concrete and ice. Now 18-months later, 6-days ago I've relapsed. During the month of August 2020, I was told by a Dr. Ellenbogen that I was fine to return to work....Stay away from these people, The mind center is a butcher shop..I just took the (WAVI) test which rated me as (not fit to drive).300-miles a day on my job... these people only want to keep the workman's comp insurance claims coming in...I haven't gotten a follow-up call from these people in over 7-months.. This place is a joke... This is an update...5/6/2021....My Appointments with Dr. Verma and his team at BG-Tri-County...discovered, Occipital Neuralgia, Photophobia and TBI.....treatment has been in progress for over a month and the diagnosis took less than 45-days. This is an update 8/23/2022 There was a request for me to contact there office or (DM= Direct message) for a followup posted at the end of this reveiw. After I contacted MIND as requested I was asked two book a follow-up. I don't need a third doctor at this time so i've declined there request. I can't beliveve the doctors that work for mind, They actually lauged at my nervus breakdown that I had in there office during my initial appointment. I hate that I was ever referred to MIND.

I can not recommend this place enough. Dealing with a wealth of issues after being a healthy person the majority of my life. Angie Brennan takes the time to listen to my concerns and go thru each one to ease my concerns. If you are dealing with migraines you should seek their assistance.

Poor reception services. Every time I come here they’re rude to me, they’re unprofessional, they talk to me in a demeaning manner. They don’t check me in, check others in, ahead of me and make me wait 40 minutes before they put me into the computer. I don’t believe I will return. The bravado of your employees attitude is disgusting. Jennifer responded to my review and asked me to DM her. How can I DM you when Im not an employee, dont have access to your slack channel, or have been given a method to DM you. Your response is as poor as your customer service! I asked to speak to a supervisor while I was at the Orchard Lake location. I was told there's no managers available, EVER!. I was given a business card and asked to make a phone call to a number that doesn't exist. You don't care. Healthcare is in the description of your job and you don't care at all! One-stop healthcare shopper here at MIND! From getting an MRI, and an OCT, to pain management. They have awesome neurologists, the best infusion center, and the absolute best nursing staff! The number of neurological care and services provided is amazing.

My first visit to Mind in 2021 was a disaster. One of the physician assistants, Rachel Moss, told me she would schedule an appointment for my treatment (botox injections), but it was never done. My second visit to Mind (in 2021), however, was nothing like my first visit. Dr. Ellenbogen was very professional both on a colloquial basis and also in terms of my treatment (cervical dystonia).

I’ve been with MIND Center over 20 years. They are very professional but shows individual care about the patient. I’d highly recommend them.
