I think that my opinion kind of falls on the bias side of the questionnaire. I not only see Dr. Assad as my Doctor but as my friend. When it comes down to his professionalism he's at the very top of his profession. I meet Dr. Assad in 2017 as a heart patient and without Dr. Assad and a team of other great professionals I honestly don't think that I would be here doing this questionnaire. To anyone out there who has ever experienced an open heart surgery knows the fear that comes with the surgery. The unknown and the seriousness of the surgery alone is enough to give one a heart attack. Lol, but from the kindness of his heart Dr. Assad gave me hope and courage to go through with the surgery. Since 2017 to now Dr. Assad and team have been by my side. So I thank Dr. Assad for being there for an unworthy, low income person with a great heart a chance to live and give back to life the opportunity that was given to me.

Dr. Assad is the best. I am glad that he is mydads cardiologist. He is very Profesional and understanding. He really cares about his patients. I recommend Dr. Assad to anyone who's looking for an outstanding cardiologist.

Check-in was easy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Assaad was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and answered my questions thoroughly. The only disappointment was at the check-out window. The assistance was awful. I wasn't greeted, no smile, the young lady barely looked at me and didn't explain the next procedure. She said, "This job is too stressful." She kept her face covered with her hand, and when she asked me about appointment times, she looked at me as if I was getting on her nerves. When she handed me my forms, she just said, "You can go." This is why I gave 4 Stars. That lady needs to understand that patients have feelings too, and if she hates her job, then she needs to find a better fit. Thank you
