Dr. Silver re-wired (My term for Bypass Surgery) my heart in 2007. The Cabbage x4 or Quadruple bypass or whatever one wishes to call it--Dr. Silver saved my life! I would 100% recommend Marc to anyone in need of such surgery. Dr. Silver is an excellent surgeon and we are fortunate to have him in our community.
Excellent all around - him and his bedside manner, the staff especially his MA, scheduling, follow-up - everything.
My father had double bypass on 9/28. He died yesterday (11/29). Still hard to even say. My father had CHF and COPD going into the surgery. He was told the standard risks associated with the surgery, but they did not stress his current conditions, and age (77). I feel Dr. Silver should have been more concerned about my fathers overall condition, and been crystal clear of the possible complications. ...
Very knowledgeable; communication of facts excellent; very thorough. If you need a cardiologist, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Silver.
beginning of 2015 I was admitted to Crittenton hospital for breathing problems& came down with a touch of pneumonia. The underlying issue, was fluids on my lungs, which caused my speech to be Horace.By the time I met Dr Marc Silver,I was at my wits end, because nobody could figure out why the 1 lung was staying full of fluids. He reassured me the cons'& pro's of this procedure, and it gave me back my quality of life.
Outstanding Cardiologist always trying a new way to make me feel better

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
