The front office staff is lazy and incompetent. I stood in front of a staff member while in the office waiting to making a follow up appt. and she flat out ignored me for over 10 minutes (NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE AND THE PHONE WAS NOT RINGING - I’m guessing because they turn their phones off.) Also, they never answer their phone (see above why!). If they happen to answer their phone, they will incorrectly tell you/lie to you that they do not have your test results. My own family member works for the hospital that did my tests and can see that my results are in the system. They also told me Dr. Warra would call me back on a specific day, and he has yet to do so. I am assuming the note never got to him. Dr. Warra is great, but his front office staff ruins both his and his offices reputation.

Warra requested tests. I brought disc's of MRIs and CT Scans. Warra could not open them. I could open in a simple home laptop. Did this excersize twice. He promised to open and review the tests after my 2nd visit. He never called back. Prescribed a medication that I cannot take because it made me blackout. I reviewed this with him and he stated take it for 30 more days. Complete waste if 2 months and now I am starting over.

I am 46 and a Registered Nurse. I had a hemorrhagic stroke 16 months ago. Dr. Warra has been my neurologist since. He has guided my family and I through the process step by step. I have been back to work for 7 months now and that was only after he made sure every possible piece of recovery was complete and he was able to rule out as much as possible of having a recurrence. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an neurologist.

Dr Warra has always treated me with the utmost personal respect since I first saw him "by chance" after an emergency neurological issue several years ago. I appreciate his honesty and straightforward communications. Even after the initial emergency was over, and a general all clear bill of health issued after specific testing and medications, I opted to continue seeing him and ensure coordination of care with my personal care physician due to my trust in his diagnosis and results of treatment prescribed. I feel fortunate to have connected with him as I did, and would highly recommend to anyone requiring his specialist services. Thanks!

I have been seeing Dr Warra for many years and he has provided very knowledgeable advice and treatment options that work for me. He works together with me to alter solutions when needed and has been readily available when I need him. He cares about my mental well being as well as my condition.

Dr. Warra is the kindest, most detail oriented person.

Dr Warra is amazing!!!!! So kind, caring, patient and understanding!!!! One of Best neurologist I have ever met, so knowledgeable and thorough! Would definitely recommend him over and over!

I have been a patient of Dr. Warra's since 2014. I trust him completely. He has never hesitated to order a test or scan, and continues to manage my multiple treatments.

I have had Dr Warra for several years. He is a fantastic doctor! He's attentive, caring, prompt and willing to make sure you are receiving the best treatment for you. I highly recommend him! I like the Novi office staff more than the Middlebelt Rd staff, but the test facility at the Middlebelt office is great.
