Pésimo tardamos 5 semanas en espera para la cita y en recepción las personas son totalmente frías no amigables de muy mal humor les dije porque cancelaron me contestaron no sé no me importa ni siquiera podemos ver a la doctora no me dieron ninguna explicación el porque se canceló la cita no recibí ningún correo ninguna notificación por lo menos , definitivamente pésimo servicio de la ventanilla

I just switched to Dr. Lerner I can say I absolutely love her. The office staff is awesome as well.

Dr. Lerner is a fantastic doctor! She takes great time and care to understand patient needs. She works with you to come up with solutions & treatment that treats the whole individual not just dealing with a symptom. She takes the time to listen and truly cares about you. One of the best doctors I have ever had. Beautiful office, easy to make appointments, friendly and efficient staff.

I don’t normally like to leave bashing reviews but I think people in search of a good doctor deserve to know what Dr. Lerner and her office are about. When I first started going to her, I was SO happy with her and felt like I finally found a doctor who truly cared about me and my wellbeing. My insurance requires a referral, which I had no issues receiving from her prior to this day. For whatever reason, her and her staff took me in circles the entire day, refusing to give me a referral. They lied and said it was my insurance who required a PCP office visit before recieving a referral and that it “would be cheaper for Dr. Lerner to treat me than a specialist would.” I explained the cost wasn’t the issue and that I just wanted to feel better. I called my insurance company and they informed me that they did NOT need me to see the office in order to get a referral. After going back and forth, I finally went into the office to get a referral because I didn’t want drag this out any longer. When examining me, she told me once again that I didn’t need to see a specialist and she could treat me. But when I told her I wanted to, Dr. Lerner insisted that I see a different specialist than I had found, telling me the specialist I had found wasn’t in my network when in fact she was. She finally gave me the referral after much persistence, and the specialist ended up being extremely necessary to my situation. If you are looking for a doctor who genuinely cares for your well-being, and puts you at the top priority, you are going to be disappointed in Dr. Lerner.

I've been coming here for a few years. Anytime I need an urgent appointment, I have to make in advance. They even had me come in one time to wait 6 hours to be seen. I just went to urgent care. The real issue is they denied me any medication or treatment while I had the Corona virus. She kept taking me for virtual appointments 3 times to look at me and say "Awww... I can't help you." I felt helpless. I would have died if it wasn't for urgent care. I had double pneumonia and I have asthma. The lack of care in this situation was beyond me. I will never go back. On a positive note. She was very nice as she told me she couldn't help me. 😕

I am a patient of Dr.Lerner. I have nothing to say other than good things about her. She is always caring and respectful. What I have noticed that she really takes time to listen. Never rushes. The waiting time is not more than 15 minutes. Front desk is responsive. My husband switched to Dr.Lerner as well. We are both very happy.

Dr Lerner is an excellent HC provider and I have hears that Dr Citron is as good in terms of bedside manner and current up to date knowledge.However, time and time again the reception/intake staff are less than stellar when calling in for basic tasks. I realize that it's a tough customer service situation; however the poor followup, mediocre phone manner and # of hangups when put on hold is something that really takes away from the patient experience.
