I don’t always write reviews of doctor’s offices, and I acknowledge that I might just be unlucky or chalk it up to opposing stars. Whatever. These people are sooooooo rude, especially the receptionist. When you sit in the lobby and hear the doctor tell a patient with liver problems that its their fault for drinking… idk. It’s not a problem with knowledge. I found Trate to know her stuff, but lacked empathy. I’m not going back

Wonderful staff and great assistance provided by workers. I was assisted by Randa and was treated with great care and profound professionalism, Highly recommend will be coming again. 5 stars.

I have been seeing Dr. Trate for over 25 years along with my 2 daughters. She is a very caring doctor as well as a caring person. She listens and really tries to help what ails you 😊 Her staff is very helpful and accommodating. I Definitely Recommend Dr. Trate.

Absolutely love Dr trate she is very kind and caring and very interested in her patients and their families and for as long as my fiance and I have been going to her she is always asked about our family's or children and always went above and beyond to help us in any way that we needed her help and I recommend her to anybody she's probably one of the most carrying doctors I've ever dealt with in my 39 years of my life absolutely love her to death

Worst doctor . She just wants to make money. She wants the patients to see her without any problem . She will not refill medication until you visit her that’s the way she makes money and you don’t have options left .

Always great. She is so thorough and makes you feel cared for. Her office staff are always amazing as well!

I went to see Dr. Trate once and never again. I have severe medical anxiety and she was the most inconsiderate, uncompassionate medical professional I have ever had. She wanted blood work done in office, but I was not aware in advance so had not taken enough anxiety medication to allow that to be possible. I will faint and puke in such situations without medication. She was angry with me. I heard her telling the nurses that they shouldn't let me leave until they get my blood drawn. That they had 30 minutes until they closed for lunch so I could stay until then. These are terrible things for someone who has medical anxiety to hear. The nurses were the saving grace - they were gracious and tried very hard to calm me down, but I was in a full blown panic attack and hyperventilating by then. They allowed me to leave and get the work done at a hospital on my own terms. I heard Dr. Trate quite clearly say "Why'd you tell her she can leave? You know she won't go do it." I went the very next day just to spite this rude woman. She prescribed a medication based on results without consulting me at all. Never spoke to me about it, or offered alternative ways to help such as diet or exercise. Just threw me on a medicine. I refused to pick it up. I have a new doctor now who is amazing and saw my lab results and laughed, saying there was no way that medication was necessary at this point in time. I have now been trying for nearly a month to get my records transferred to my new doctor, and the office has yet to comply with that. If you are someone with medical anxiety, I would highly advise against Dr. Trate as she will not be an understanding health care provider to you.

I have been going to Dr Trate office for about 21 yrs. She is the best , she takes time with you and helps you in any way she can.
