List of Diana Soulias's Reviews
My wife and daughter love Dr. Soulias! Highly recommend - long time patients.
Terrible service office people dont know their job veryyyyyy rude and not professional, yealling at cuatomers hahahha its a joke
Dr. Soulias is terrible at calling patients after tests are done. This office in general is terribly run. Long wait times on the phone. Very unfriendly staff.
I had 4 total experiences with this doctor and her office. On my first visit, the nurse said their policy is only to allow 20 minutes per patient with the doctor, which wasn’t enough because she spent most of it chit chatting rather than discussing actual medical concerns. Also prescribed me an incorrect, expensive, medication that I took for several months because she read the lab tests wrong. The doctor’s office didn’t coordinate well with the lab and I was going back and forth a lot and using up sick days for no reason. Overall, not a good experience. It seemed like they were just after the insurance money and out of pocket expenses.
I don't trust her.
I am not very pleased being a patient of Dr. Soulias. She is very unprofessional with follow-ups. doesn't show concerns for patient health.
Was referred by a mutual patient. I work for a dentist and come into contact with many people, so I trusted my patient/friend when they said Dr. Soulias was very good. My first phone call, a woman answered and I said I'd like to make a new patient appointment... the woman asked if I had insurance, which I do, and told me that I could not schedule an appointment until I notified my insurance that I wanted to change primary care physicians. And that was it. Very rude I thought, but being very unhappy with my current doctor, I said fine no problem. Finally made the change and called back later, while I was on my lunch as I work VERY SIMILAR hours only to be asked to call back because THEY were on lunch. I'm a dental office coordinator and thought that was very unprofessional as many people try to schedule appointments in their lunch. Called today and was disconnected. Then once I called back and was reconnected i was asked to hold again. No thank you! So after 5+ phone calls to this office, I am nowhere. I will go elsewhere and think everyone else should too.
Dr. Soulias is very knowledgeable and kind. I've been seeing her for over 25 years. I trust her with my medical issues and always refers me to a good specialist when needed. I've even seen other doctors at Farmington Family Physicians when matters were urgent and couldn't wait another day. My husband needed a new family doctor and now sees a doctor there. They have a nice new office just south of the old location

The office staff here wears their misery on their sleeves. Each time I’ve been in I’ve witnessed them being rude to patients over the phone and then loudly complain about them. The entire waiting room can hear them, it’s so unprofessional. If you dislike your job that much, quit. Dr. Soulias does the bare minimum in terms of care and there is zero follow up. I will never go back here. Oh, and the diagnostic labs they send you to? Good luck getting in within a week. Unreal.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
