Joseph Williams is always late, the appointment is delayed several times and I was waiting for over an hour for him to enter the office. The charges made by his office are not always correct, I have already been charged per consultation without even being in Michigan at the time. To get a simple insulin prescription, you have to make an appointment, if not send the prescription to the pharmacy. It's about business, not the patient's well-being. I needed my medical record for immigration purposes. I emailed, phoned and went to the office in person and filled out the form. Until the present date (6 months) they still haven't sent me. Now I run the risk of having my green card application denied because of your negligence and incompetence. This is my recommendation: STAY OU THERE!

For my indignation I had to file my immigration petition without the medical records. Now I am at risk of having my green card denied.

Dr. Williams is very thorough and follows up on every issue. I have been going to him for years. Sometimes you have to wait a long time, but its worth it to receive high quality care! Highly recommend!

Have been seeing Dr. Williams for many years. Great attitude and he treats you well. This is not the 10 minute oil change lane...so yes you may have a little wait, suck it up.

I bring my patient to see Dr. Williams. He offers a personal touch and works conservatively with medication. I highly recommend

Terrible staff, please dont go there

I’m sure the Doctor is good, but waiting over 90 minutes is too long. This happened twice in one week.

The staff is so-so. Staff very unprofessional, but the care is fine. They are very rude!! Ive been in plenty of times, always kind, patient, and quiet with them, they are always very snippy. You might wait over an hour past your appointment time to see the dr, you might not; helps to ask when making an appt for the best looking slot, they judge it pretty well.He is NOT a sports medicine doctor, and i would call him more of an MD than a DO in terms of his treatment preferences and opinions. I would never recommend someone see him for sports medicine. He can do manipulation just fine, but he's pretty clueless compared to my new dr. He gave up pretty quickly and really had no ideas "outside the box" that he says he likes to think. My new dr did a very thorough examination and gave me physical therapy exercises to do at home. I told dr williams i believe i need physical therapy - he ignored that and suggested pain clinic and medications, none of which is a solution to my problem.I had high hopes for him for my sports injury given his background, waited patiently after several visits for some brilliancy, never happened. Very disappointing. Not thrilled about my bill for the visit where he gave up and suggested the pain clinic and medications to treat what is not causing my problem. Ive done most of my healing by my own research and work.

I'm a new patient of Doctor williams and like any doctors office there is a wait to get in, but the doctor is worth the wait, very caring, tons of knowledge and truly believe he cares. I'm glad to have him as my doctor.
