I have been a patient of Dr. Stern for 10 years. He is such a great physican to talk with who delievers information in a honest and professional manner. Even when his schedule may be full, his staff will make an effort to find a time for me to be seen or to schedule time with his, more than capable, PA depending on the reason for call. While there is always room for improvement for us all, Dr. Stern and his staff do a great job. I would highly recommend his office.

I’ve been with this group since returning to Michigan from Chicago in 2016. I’ve found Dr. Stern, and his team, to be patient, kind and understanding when delivering my care. I’ve also seen Dr. Bhimani, when dr stern was unavailable and he was also great. Thank you to the whole team for your commitment to customer service.

My review of Dr. Stern is this: He is a kind and thoughtful man. He cares about my anxiety surrounding the medical world and gets what he needs to get done, quickly. He is as punctual as he can be ( being in the seeserv industry, I understand that not every appt. Can always be kept on time) and apologizes sincerely when he's running behind. As for the front desk: They do have an organization issue. I had written my name down but no one checked me in. I was on the clock and confirmed appt. length with the woman behind the desk. She said it would probably not happen but to wait, just in case. I waited for quite some time. It did not happen. I have witnessed them be grumpy (which is fair, to me) and have also witnessed them talk down about a patient (who hasn't done that). My conclusion is that they are human. As we all are. Excited to continue my health journey with Dr. Stern

was seeing Dr stern at 11:00 am. I left my house to go at the time Waze told me. I get on 696 and big traffic jam. So I call and say I'm going to be a little late. About 17 min according to waze. They canceled my Appointment because it was his lunch time???? I was already on the way IN TRAFFIC. All my Appointment was for, was a check-in to see how I'm doing after being treated. That's it. So I canceled my remaining appointments and will not be going back.

I have been seeing Dr. Stern for a number of years! I have never had a problem with him, the staff or treatment issues! I had a friend come with me the last visit and she was very impressed with the whole set up!
