Great staff, great doctor, very friendly! I was very satisfied with the care and treatment.
Excellent speedy attention and treatment. Very positive and professional!
Excellent discussion and report! Will go again when needed!
Dr. Tarakji was amazing. I saw him for my shoulder and carpal tunnel. He really took the time to look at my injuries and explain things to me. He listened to what I wanted to do. He was very professional and really cared. I highly recommend him and the whole team up there! Thanks guys!!!
Dr. Susan Noisier LaClare is the best! She has been my doctor for 22 years now. Very compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable.
My appointment today with Dr. Willson was to discuss the different procedures regarding a hip replacement . She had left me a voicemail regarding questions I had . However I wanted to see her face to face. Dr. Willson has been very thorough with me and listened to my concerns . She replaced my knee 2 yrs ago and now I will be having my hip replaced . She and Wendy are a great combo ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I was so relieved to find out I wouldn't need a knee replacement for another 3 to 5 years!
After going to McLaren Emergency Care (excellent experience there) in Fenton with an injury to my leg I was referred to OrthoMichigan in Fenton for what they felt was potential LCL damage on my left leg. I am unable to put any weight on the leg and cannot walk with out crutches or seated walker borrowed from family. The staff at OrthoMichigan (initial technician and radiologist) were very kind and helpful however the PA (Jacob) has a disinterested bedside manner and was somewhat arrogant. After a short exam he said he did not know and would have to order an MRI which could take about 2 weeks to get and they would call me when they got the results. He said I would need to call RMI to schedule the MRI and gave me a referral. We inquired about what I could do in the mean time to assist with going up and down steps, walking, and using the restroom. He had no recommendations except to say put no weight on the leg, use the immobilization brace that McLaren gave me and support myself with my arms. I explained that my upper body strength was not strong enough to support my body without toppling and he had no alternatives and actually said I don’t know. When the technician came back I asked about a temporary placard because I cannot make it long distances on the crutches and she said she would ask him if I could have a temporary one. Thankfully my husband was with me and instantly had the same impression I did once the PA left the room. Bottom line it felt like there was no real concern about how I was going to deal with the situation until I could get an MRI for a diagnosis, very disappointed in the bedside manor and apparent disinterest in helping us navigate the challenges until then.
Excellent care
Pleasant experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
