I would not recommend this eye clinic. Made appointment for annual routine eye exam, but I was billed for diagnostics exam. The difference is in billing codes, and copay between insurance and patient. Some insurance covers 100% annual routine exam just like annual Physical Exam. Clinic, threaten for collection immediately, which means fraudulent billing is their normal practice. Stay away with this clinic if you can.

Dr. Patel is the most amazing retinal doctor I have ever met. When I have had a question she get back to me immediately. She has so much knowledge and I will not go to anyone else. I live in Grand Rapids, and it is a four hour trip to and from her office, that I will only make to see Dr. Patel. She has helped me so much. The staff is wonderful, and the environment so clean and beautiful. She is simply the best.

Dr. Patel is compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She listens and showed that she cares. She patiently answered all my concerns/questions, explained the treatment plan and what to expect. She didn't rush or otherwise makes me feel that I should hurry up. A great doctor! Thank you Dr. Patel.
