I made my first appt a few years ago regarding an infection in my leg and to get a general physical, being 50. After three appts, I still have an infection and haven't had a physical. The doctor I was seeing left for another city and just left me hanging, apparently.

I was referred here for psychiatric services and decided not to go back after my second time. They claim sessions are supposed to be at least 25 min but I was out the chair in 10. Seems to not really care except to get paid. I'm happy I found the mental services I desperately needed by going elsewhere.

I used to have a good Dr. then she quit had another Dr. he quit. If Hamilton treat their doctors how the patients are treated I don't blame them for leaving. The lady at 821a.m was extremely rude for no reason and I have torn rotator cup and PT think that it's two more muscles torn. No one has called me back and its like no one cares about quality of service especially to patients. Very disappointed and major pain. If you need a doctor I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAMILTON on north Saginaw st.

Customer service is terrible called for dental emergency visit and was offered an appointment 3 months away. Find somewhere else that actually cares about peoples well being. Thank you for your response. As you stated below proves my point. My suggestion is to remove emergency dental services from your services offered as you have just confirmed thats not something you offer with a 3 or more month away appointment. This way no one is to waste their time with this establishment when needing actual care. Hope to see you do better.
