Flushing Road Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Friends, members of my family and I have used this facility over several years. The staff has always been welcoming and thorough. The doctors assistants have always been very Pleasant. Dr Deosha Williams is an extraordinary doctor. She has a heart for each patient. She has an extraordinary sense of what’s going on with your concerns beyond the normal basis of medical learning. Most doctors are not familiar with holistic practices. She combines both traditional and holistic. She is concerned about your overall health not pumping you up with chemicals for a quick fix. Her personality and presence is always a joy. I very much appreciate doctors like her. They are few and far between.

COMPLETELY AWESOME. Today was my second time having to go there. My first visit was awesome also. But, the three ladies there today were outstanding. I really felt seen and heard. This is one of the best medical facilities with some of the best staff that I have not experienced in a very long time. Not only did they help within the visit. But, also took time out to direct me towards a primary doctor and hopefully an awesome dentist. I could not have asked for better. Absolutely hands down the best that I have experienced in many years. Thank you so much flushing urgent care. Have a beautiful summer!

Limped my way into the office after reinjurying my leg, only to be met by the most wonderfully professional staff. All the workers were at the reception desk as I came through the door and immediately recognized my injury and went into action. NP Braden asked "did you hurt your leg again" I responded yes, she and her assistant went in the back while the receptionist checked me in. During my exam, I was treated with the utmost respect and the highest level of compassion possible. Never have I ever been treated so well at an urgent care facility. NP Braden and the rest of the staff deserve to be recognized for their dedication to the well being of their patients. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!

Staff is respectful and very detailed. Better than going to hurley to wait 10 hours for nothing. Only thing that could use some changing is the rude cell phone signs in the rooms.

They opened at 9 I'm literally in the parking lot at 9:35am March 8th,2025 and THE DOCTOR IS NOT HERE!! the receptionist says the doctor not here and she doesn't even know when shes going to be in!! So if you come here you will just be sitting because apparently staff comes in when they feel like it and not when scheduled!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This is the worst UC facility I've ever experienced. The first horrible experience I had was tight at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, where they actually slid a nebulizer across the floor that I had to hook up myself when I was in the middle of an asthma attack. Today's experience wasn't as bad because I just left. I came in when they opened having an asthma exacerbation, visibly struggling to breathe. The receptionist appeared annoyed and told me sharply, ”Sign in if you wanna be seen.” why else would I go to urgent care at 9am on a Tuesday? Then she said, ”Just so you know, they're not gonna be seeing patients until 9:30 maybe 10.” If you're gonna have some weird, possibly life-threatening policies, at least be professional about it. Do not go here if you care about your health. I hope there is no worse urgent care clinic than this. This experience made my condition worse and I ended up have to do that thing I was trying to avoid, which is go to the ER.
