I have nonstandard problems that a string of doctors have failed to help with. "Dr. Jan" focused on my symptoms and helped me better understand my problems, then worked to develop steps I could take to improve my health. Dr. Jan is caring, focused, highly intelligent and knowledgeably well-rounded. For the first time in decades I feel like I have a competent partner in my pursuit of a healthier life. Dr. Jan's accent is a bit heavy, but if you ask her to slow down, she will. If you don't understand something she said, ask her to repeat it--she is very patient.
