I was greeted, and taken back by the tech. She was so sweet during this difficult time. She made sure I was comfortable as well as the male tech! Office was clean and everyone at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the wonderful & genuine care :)

Everyone in the office was friendly, the technician explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was in the machine(about 45 minutes)

I called MRI, to set the appointment…they told me it would be a week or so to get insurance authorization. I informed them I would pay cash if that was quicker….the receptionist said, if that was the case they could get me in at 730. I paid cash. I arrived everything was very pleasant no wait at all. After the exam I asked how long for the. Exam to be read, I was told 3-5 days. I asked if there was anyone it could be done sooner the MRI tech said she would see. The following morning I called in an effort to expedite the reading. I was prepared to be transferred to a supervisor and have to argue my case. Instead I was immediately informed the results had been faxed over to my doctor the prior evening(the MTI was read the day I had my exam…amazing!!!) they refaxed to my doctor no questions asked by 9:30 am my doctor had the results and was able to immediately schedule my procedure…Thank you so much!! As a nurse and administrator, I can honestly say your operational was flawless!! I’m so happy and if I need to come back I will be calling MRI. The other thing I would like to mention was the only reason I found out about MRI was through my sister who received amazing service as well….so I know my experience was not a 1 off….please keep up the Great work!! Thanks again for getting me in so quickly and having the exam read the same evening!! If this would have been done, I would have had to go throughout the whole weekend in pain! I was able to get the epidural Friday and am feeling great today(Saturday morning)….Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
