The doctors ignore patient requests, have continued treatments that are not working against the patients request. And Sandy? One of the meanest, unhappiest people you will ever meet. If she hates her job so much she should just quit and save everyone an eye sore.

Dr. Karlene is very professional and pleasant. He's very thorough and helpful! He explains things so his patients can understand what is happening and so that you're comfortable! My mother and myself are long time patients!

I have been using Dr.Karlene's office for over two years. I see Ann Marie and I love their services. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes for my appointment.

Very nice. Helped me with my problem quickly and was able to explain what was going on clearly.

I went in to see them for the first time in June for a suspicious spot on my back. On that visit they biopsied the area. Told me it would be three weeks before I received the results. On 7/7/21 went in was told it was malignant melanoma. Handed me a pamphlet on the cancer. Told me surgery was scheduled for 7/16/21. I requested copy of pathology report on 7/8/21. No call back I showed up 7/12/21. Receptionist seemed annoyed but I got a copy and asked a few questions regarding procedure on 7/16/21 they charged me 25.00 for that visit and was not forthcoming with any information on questions asked. They gave me a small container of numbing cream and sent me on my way. They clearly could tell I was super anxious but offered minimal support. Fast forward to 7/19/21 I’m experiencing significant burning deep where my incision is. I went in yet they were evasive and offered no kind of resolution other than if burning doesn’t subside come back in three days. As a nurse I find their approach odd

Dr. Karlene is a fabulous doctor! A true professional who is very thorough and caring. I highly recommend.

This place sucks. Would give 0. Stars if available. They way overbook. Was here for two hours after appointment

I travel from out of town to receive services from this dermatology office, based on a recommendation from someone else. I am very pleased with the successful dermatological treatment I received and their staff is excellent, especially Lauren, RN. Every time I call, Lashandra is always very professional, friendly and helpful.

Dr Karlene is the BEST DERMATOLOGIST EVER! He has been my doctor for 20+ years and I have followed him to ever office he’s worked. I don’t trust anyone else with my sensitive skin. Not only is he great at his profession but he is compassionate. He supplied me with samples when my insurance denied paying for a medication that was proving effective for my skin condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Karlene for your dermatological needs.
