Devprakash Samuel's Online Review Report Card

I first saw Dr. Nalini Samuel in 2015 for neck pain and headaches. She had diagnosed me with something that was unexpected and she was really informative about how it would affect me if I didn't take better care of myself. Our insurance changes took me elsewhere but now in 2022 I was able to return to her. She is a wonderful doctor and very much on top of obtaining my past care given. I've been receiving testing and care as needed to maintain my life safely & healthy as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has suffered from a stroke or head trauma.

Dr Samuel sees an elderly family member and she is very patient and kind. My family is very pleased with her service.

DR. DEV Samuel is one of the most active DOCTORS WHO actually cares about your health.....He has a GREAT bedside manner, a doctor that actually cares about your condition. I've been seeing him over 15+years and he knows his practice. If he cannot get it done, he'll send you to a professional that can.He has saved my life on more then one occasion. d my life oobmore than one occasioon

I wouldn’t even give her one star but it was the lowest option I have! I had a Referral from my primary doctors office to see Dr. Samuel I have already been diagnosed through another neurology center and I am also currently seeing a neurosurgeon I was trying to see Dr. Samuel due to some other issues I’m having and without even meeting me she suggested I don’t need a neurologist what I need is a psychiatrist??? This is the kind of doctors we have out here this is ridiculous! TRULY DISRESPECTFUL!

Nalini Samuel does not know how to titrate.(which is very dangerous in neurology) She says to just quit taking a large dose and start taking something new. She might also tell you that she does not care about your health. Dr. Samuel senior was the best Dr that I have ever had. But the apple has fallen far from the tree, his kids- Where the hell did they get their degree?

Trying to locate my good old friend devprakash who was my neighbour at balmatta mangalore India during 1980s.

Dr Nalini Samuel was genuinely the worst neurologist I've ever seen. The clinic was kind enough to get me into a cancelled appointment, so my wait to see her was very short. This was the only positive. When I arrived at the clinic, I checked in and waited in the waiting room, which was just packed with patients. When it was my turn, I was led into a very messy room (it looked like an office with an exam table pushed up against the wall) and a female behind the desk. She did not introduce herself at all, and I had no idea she was actually the neurologist until close to the end of my visit. Dr Samuel refused to take a full health history, telling me that she was only interested in hearing things directly related to neurology. She stopped me from giving my history of bladder issues, which are very commonly related to Multiple Sclerosis (the reason I was seeing her), saying they were not relevant. She told me that my spastic paralysis was nothing to be concerned about, and I should just deal with it. She also told me that she didn't believe me that the results of my VEP were abnormal. NO person should go to a physician requesting diagnosis and treatment and be treated this way. It is absolutely ridiculous. I'm tired of paying for a service only to be utterly dismissed. Dr Samuel should be ashamed of herself. It is very clear that she lost her passion for assisting others and only pumps through patients as fast as possible now.
