No words. This place borders on malpractice. I have no idea what’s gone on with this doctor in his life (he’s now leaving medicine and closing his practice) but they have harmed me more than once with terrible care. Some people shouldn’t practice medicine.

Have to call and beg for refills, cannot get the office to open its scheduled hours during the week, he has his afterhours answering service taking all his calls for him, like a receptionist, spent one day 2 weeks go, pounding on his door trying to get someone to answer the door, and the other 6 of his patients that were outside with us, were furious that it has come down to this now.. We're done. Looking for another doctor after 17 years with him..

I ferl Dr. Dowden is a thourogh, great, caring physician. I am not thrilled about the fact that it may take weeks to get a refill called in for a script refill. Even when the pharmacy has called ywice.

Used to be the best doctor around. Now have to call monthly and literally beg for my med refills. I had always thought he was better than that..

Although Dr Dowden is a intuitive doctor, he is very caring person. This doctor listen to you! If have an inclination of what might be an issue, he investigates and provides all the options. When I requested investigation I have never been turned down. We have come to think doctors are miracle workers, reality is there are people just like us, and must use all the capabilities they have to determine our diagnosis. This Doctor knows that.

Dr. Dowden hung the moon, but I agree with some comments about the office staff. Half are excellent while the other half has no clue as to follow up or standard medical practice. The other problem is their medication procedures. Three to five day turnaround for med requests if not more. Program needs a complete overhaul.

I have had great experiences with Dr. Dowden and Charlie. They are both well educated professionals and they show that they care about my well being. The front office staff has always been professional. No complaints here.
