Every appointment you better have the WHOLE day available. Very very inconsiderate of patients. Appointment at 12:30pm you'll be lucky to get out of there by the time they close.

Have been seeing Dr. Turk for the past 3 years. He is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and observant to detail. I highly recommend him!

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2010, and went to Dr. Turk for an evaluation. He informed me he did not know what multiple sclerosis and I then had to explain an autoimmune disease that every neurologist should know, if not every doctor by this point. He then said I did not have this illness and that I was faking it. He asked me what side of town I lived in(not sure what that was supposed to insinuate). He directed me to see a "fancy neurologist", and that I was wasting his time. Uninformed, unprofessional, and terrible bedside manner.

Office staff was not trained. Wait times are 1-3 hours long. Dr was rushed and didnt have knowledge of conditions. Office staff never sent my med records to any of my specialists, that requested documents. Staff continuously failed to pay attention to detail.
