Dr. Keating was well-informed, answered all my questions, and didn't overpromise. I've had my hearing aids for a little over two weeks and have adjusted to them easily. I've had one follow-up appointment for fine-tuning and another scheduled in three weeks, so the after-sale service is excellent. Saw Dr. Keating again on 4/19/2022 and was once again impressed by his dedication to maximizing the benefit that my hearing aids provide. He is generous with his time, listens and understands my concerns, and addresses them. Saw Dr. Keating June 2023 and he was once again very helpful. A good cleaning of my hearing aids improved their clarity significantly. Ever since I purchased them, Dr. Keating has provided excellent support and service.
