I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. He has figured out things that no one else had the answer to. He is an awesome doctor and is very thorough. I don't understand where all the negativity comes from as I've never had an issue with his staff....always helpful and have never been rude. As far as his bedside manner, he is down to earth and casual. I've been to other doctors who are short with me, rude and don't answer all my questions. Sorry but I disagree with the negative reviews on here..........

Office staff is rude. Appointments are rescheduled all the time. Dr is unprofessional. Dr does not have a good bed side manner.

I have been a patient for 25 years now I just recentl???? am experiencing a billing problem. I have never had an issue before now the issue is in the process of being reviewed and hopefully rebilled correctly, procedure I have never had to pay out of pocket. Keeping my fingers crossed

I have been a patient of Dr. Rathkamp for over 20 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. Even though I now live in Burton Michigan, I drive an hour to keep him as my doctor. The nurses and receptionists are kind and the wait time is only minutes. I can drive there, be seen, and drive back before most offices get you out of the waiting room!
