When I walked in I was ignored. When one woman acknowledged me she was short and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I had the part I was looking for with me and she asked if I wanted a cup. Yes if that’s what you call this part I’m holding. I asked if it was possible to get two. No apparently I get just one and they call every 6 months to ask if we need parts. My parents have Alzheimer’s so I don’t want them to answer phone calls from numbers they don’t know. No one ever left a message. I’m not sure if they had a bad day or are just unpleasant people.I was nothing but friendly and left feeling like they didn’t want my business.

We received a transition board from Aire Caire that began to break after just one day, the port a potty re were given is to high for the transfer board to work safely, the footrests on my wife's wheelchair are to large so it drags on the ground making it almost impossible for me to move with her in it. This is all in the course of one day.

I can never get anyone to call me back anymore when i call for supplys i need for my infant son :/ when i do get something its always the wrong parts or wrong supplys in small amounts, so i cant even get those supplys to last until they do bring me something i can use.. Very frustrating!

I ended up returning a knee cart within the first hour of picking it up. It was old, dirty and difficult to handle. The tires wouldn't even maneuver over a wood chip. I reccomend you invest some of your profits into newer equipment. So much for taking a chance on the small local business. My experience at "Airway Oxygen" was 100% better. Your receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable.
