Stay as far away from this place as you can. After my mother went there 3 times for a toe issue, she ended up in the ER to get her toe amputated. They mis-diagnosed everything!

Staff is very friendly. Had some miscommunication about some testing, but A man named Ali called me and was concerened about my initial review and his great customer service and kind words helped make the situatuion right. This place over all is top tier , even if a mistake happens, they take accountability and try and make it right.

Staff was very professional and greeting. I was in and out with no hassle and got everything dealt with. I appreciate them!

Update for owners response: My full name is Cailee Tatro I don't like to write bad reviews, but I feel this is beyond justified. I visited this urgent care after being very sick for three days with a 102°F fever (on and off), night sweats, severe coughing, difficulty breathing, tightness and pain in my chest, and a general feeling of being crushed from the inside out. By the time I arrived at urgent care, I no longer had a fever but was still clearly very ill. The poor experience began the moment I was called back. The staff member didn’t say my name, he just pointed at me. When I explained my symptoms and said I suspected an upper respiratory infection, he took my temperature and gave me a nasty look, sarcastically remarking, “You don’t have a fever…” as if I had lied. He then asked which pharmacy I used, and when I answered “Walgreens at Ford and Merriman,” he responded in a condescending tone sounding confused about what pharmacy I was talking about, making me second guess myself, only to follow it with, “Yeah… there is… it’s right across the street,” in a way that felt deliberately demeaning and unnecessary. I was tested for flu and COVID, but never received results, so I assumed they were negative. The nurse practitioner came in, and I again explained all of my symptoms including my breathing difficulty and chest pain. She looked in my throat and instantly declared I had strep, saying, “I don’t need to test for it because I can see it.” I told her I had no sore throat and that all of my symptoms were in my chest and lungs. She dismissed this entirely, told me “your chest sounds fine,” and continued with the strep diagnosis. I was prescribed antibiotics and prednisone without a proper strep test, despite never having had strep in my life and feeling that my symptoms didn’t match. I followed the treatment for 8 days but only worsened. I was coughing so hard I began to vomit and eventually started coughing up blood. The crushing chest pain became unbearable, and I went to the ER. At the ER, they immediately performed a chest X-ray, full bloodwork, and repeated COVID, flu, and strep tests. I was diagnosed with moderate pneumonia, and it was confirmed that I never had strep. I was given the appropriate treatment and finally began recovering. This urgent care completely dismissed my symptoms, failed to conduct basic diagnostic testing, and misdiagnosed a serious respiratory condition. I tried to advocate for myself and was ignored and made to feel like a burden. Pneumonia is dangerous, and had I not sought a second opinion, my condition could have worsened significantly. If you are feeling unwell and need real medical attention, please go somewhere else. Your health is too important to be treated like this.

Everyone is professional, polite, and efficient. Nurse Practitioners are thorough enough to be accurate with good bedside manner. I have always gotten in and out VERY quickly. Any meds have always been called in correctly and immediately. I consider myself very lucky to have this gem a few minutes from work and home.

Dr was very rude and rushed he was more worried about getting back to the office girls and didnt even listen to me in went in for asthma attack and no help. He didnt listen to my chest or breathing treatment he just prescribed prednisone and said ok we're done. I asked if he was gonna do anything else (like a listen to my chest or breathing treatment) and he said no and rushed back to the front when I went to pay he was standing talking to onw of the girls. Very unprofessional and no doctor should rushed an overlooked patients because he want to talk to flirt. I know the doctor will still have a job an the girls will still be awful an rude. DONT GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Seen dr. Andrew Meyers He’s very rude and stuck up. I asked him for a doctor note and he asked why didn’t I ask for on in the office I explained I forgot and I have ADHD, He said I was an adult and hung up. Prior to that he was being rude on the phone, refusing to give me a doctor as if I wasn’t seen in his office, speaking over me and wouldn’t allow me to talk. He was also rude during the appointment I told him all the issues I had going on during the appointment and he told me how he could one thing because he was busy and had other clients. I’ll never be back again!
