Dr Saad is very good at his job he listen when i complain about my child health with him and immediately checked him and knows what to prescribe to heal my child. He is a very good doctor.

I needed an inhaler and nebulizer prescription refilled. I was out on the same day appt list and I pulled into this parking lot at 8am and called to see if they could fit me in soon for a refill and breathing treatment. NOT ONE CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. I was on hold for 20 minutes and the lady who picked up asks for my information says “12” I said there’s no one in the parking lot and I can see four nurses standing around talking. She said go to emergency room sorry and hung up. Also while I was on hold I could see inside the building and NOONE was on the phone. I’m SO done with this place. Terrible. Absolutely TERRIBLE! I wish there was ZERO stars

Horrible service. My husband went for his scheduled appointment and when he got there on time they told him the dr. was gone for the day. So they rescheduled him for 3 weeks later. Mind you my husband's blood pressure has been 200/140 + and he is in need of some medication to lower it. So today is his appointment and they call 1 1/2 hours before to inform him they no longer accept our insurance. really ! so done with this office and the staff are rude, uncaring and unprofessional!
