I came to Dr. Doig for a second opinion in Oct of 2021 for a broken kneecap. I was under the impression I wasn’t going to be able to walk normal again if at all from the previous doctor. It has been almost 6 months and I am walking on my own, driving and basically doing everything and just have to build up my strength at this point. I am so grateful I chose to see him and forever thankful that he fixed me! Best doctor for Orthopedics hands down! Thank you Dr. Doig! 10 stars ⭐️

Dr. Doig is excellent. This is my 2nd knee surgery but first with Dr. Doig and I couldn’t get more pleased. From the first consultation, to surgery to even having a follow up appointment the next day after surgery if needed. Couldn’t have asked for a more through explanations of everything. Definitely will see him in the future if I need an orthopedic appointment.

Dr. Doig, is very clear in his explanation of my care. I never felt rushed. He explained my options and told me to give him a call when I decide. Then he asked me if I had any other concerns or questions.... what Dr. ever does that? He seems like a really caring Doctor.

Had knee arthroscopy by another orthopedic for medial meniscus tears about 1.5 years ago. Soon after, I re-injured it, likely during PT. Orthopedic said it was just arthritis. Went to another orthopedic who said the same. Went to several more orthopedics, insisting something else was going on. Each insisted it was just arthritis, and a post-op MRI wouldn't show anything because the knee was no longer "virgin". Finally, after a year of pain, went to Dr. Doig, who patiently listened as I told my story. He too suspected something was going on besides arthritis. He ordered an MRI which showed lateral meniscus tears. He then took the time to explain what was going on and what he proposed to do. Had a second arthroscopy and knee feels absolutely great. It took five tries, but I finally found a great orthopedic doctor!

Dr. Doig is not only a phenomenal doctor, I was able to walk shortly after my knee surgery! He has a great bedside manner. He's warm and friendly.
