Left during registration, front "customer service" rep was not customer friendly was off putting and genuinely disinterested in helping anyone. she acted annoyed and told me to have a seat And she would let me know when I could come up. last visit to this place for my whole family. grand ledge urgent care seen me in 10 minutes. smiles matter and the way you treat people. Get a new job if you hate yours. We all don't need to suffer.

First experience with LUC. All staff were great! Professional, knowledgeable and personable. You could tell that they did in fact care about their patients and did not display the “burnt out” attitude that you see so often in the medical field now. Better than expected service, glad that we tried LUC over some other provider or ER.

My provider Brandon Wegenke and his team at the LUC in Grand Ledge, were excellent. They were very patient, caring, knowledgeable, and cared for me in a timely matter. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Staff was very nice very knowledgeable very friendly. I was having chest pain and they ruled out with EKG but recommended to go to the sparrow ER out in Okemos Which also turned out to be a great experience
