I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Margherio to anyone in need of treatment for retinal disease or surgery. I believe he is a highly, competent and thorough clinician and surgeon. He has always explained my current medical condition concisely and in understandable language. However, at my initial, diagnostic visit, several years ago he was abrupt to the point of rudeness, so much so that I called the office to express my displeasure. Since then he has been much more cordial and friendly, making it easier for me to discuss my progress and concerns. The staff members are always professional, friendly and courteous; they work well together which keeps the office running smoothly and patients scene with little or no waiting. In total my experience with ARC has been excellent; a 9 out of 10.

The office staff are great and the doctor is so nice. But at my second appointment he said there was improvement from my first visit. But at my first appointment he told me everything was fine. So it left me confused. I asked the doctor about it and he just reassured me everything was fine but then asked me to come back in two months so I'm still confused.
