Sound Medical is the only facility I trust to stick a needle in my neck and spine. The staff all make for a quick and productive visit to give me the relief from the nerve pain I suffer from from time to time. Their is a sense of flow that you get as soon as you step in the door that tells you everyone is doing their part to get you the help you need asap. These folks know what they are doing and do it very well.

over the years of seeing Dr. Serra He has been awesome. Had it not been for Doctor Serra I would not be able to walk today. He also caught a surgeons mistake that possible saved my life. The staff is wonderful!!!!! Best there is .. the man is a God in my book :)

Unprofessional doctor. Made accusations instead of helping. The doctor actually yelled at me about interrupting, when he had interrupted himself several times. Made me feel uncomfortable to the point of tears. Did a injection that not only did not help but made my pain worse. I am disgusted with how this doctor chose to handle things.

This was the most horrendous doctor experience I have ever had. Doctor did an injection which only made things worse. Then was very rude when I did my follow up appointment, stating " he couldn't help me here". Yelled at me not to interrupt him, told me my pain was in myhead when I have two bulging discs, the list goes on and on. Not to mention how rude his staff was. Wow just wow. I highly recommend against this doctor.
