Remember when healthcare was about relationship instead of business? This office is all about providing personal healthcare and service to their patients. They are automated and efficient, but focus on meeting patient needs first! Excellent care.

I have seen Dr Amy since Hudsonville. She has been an amazing doctor. She sees myself and 3 kids, and couldn’t recommend a better office or staff.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Hollen for many years for many issues. She spends the necessary time during appointments and has a great staff at her new location: Hollen Family Medicine on the East Beltline. She is responsive and available if you have issues, she has even called me on a day when the office was closed - don't know any docs who do that!

Dr. Hollen is a great doctor! She never acts in a hurry and is focused on you. She responds to every concern or question you have. I enjoy her sense of humor and find her easy to talk to.

I absolutly LOVED her as my doctor while I was in high school HOWEVER, I did something with my hip back in May 2009 after graduation. As I explained my symptoms, she told me it was sciatica and chalked it up to that and gave me strerches and muscle relaxers as well... why? I don't know, but they didn't work and let her know (why a muscle relaxer for a NERVE pain?). I went to see her because the stretches hurt; I was ignored and told I was doing them wrong. No symptoms of sciatica other than where I was experiencing pain. It took an anatomy and physiology class 10yrs later to discover the obturator nerve that was affected. At that point it was to late to do anything about it. She taught me that ALL doctors are fake and ALWAYS get a second opinion. I should have requested a visit with my orthopedic surgeon. I go to a chiropractor REGULARLY and it affects me riding horses. I should have sued her when I got the chance, but she is my Mom's doctor, so I will wait for her to screw up again.

i saw her when she was in Hudsonville. Followed her to SHMG IM office and now she is in private practice. Her office staff are kind and responsive. Dr. Hollen is very patient, concerned and thorough. I recommend her highly.

Hollen family medicine is a wonderful place! I was an employee there and i had to relocate due to my living situation but if i could have i would have retired from here. Everyone i worked with has such a big heart and truely cared about me and their devotion to the patients is just increadable! I am currently still a patient and i have worked with and been seen by all of the providers in this office and they all give you 100% of their time and effort. I give hollen family medicine a 5 out of 5. If you are looking for a new doctor or a place to work please check them out!
